Javier Echave

Javier Echave is currently a Socio-Director at BATEA, a consultancy focused on the search and development of professionals. With extensive experience, they served as Socio-Director at ieTeam Consultores and held the position of Responsable de Proyectos at Human Management Systems from 2002 to 2010. Javier also had a brief tenure as an associated professor at Universidad de Deusto in 2025. They completed an Executive MBA at Universidad de Deusto and obtained master's and bachelor's degrees in Human Resources and Psychology from the Universidad del País Vasco.
