Ehsan Fathi has over 16 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Enterprise Service Management Centre Manager at Batelco since September 2009. Ehsan has held multiple roles at Batelco, including Escalation Manager and Solution Specialist for both Voice and Data and the Service Management Center. Prior to this, Ehsan worked as the Help Desk Team Lead at Arabian Network Information Systems ANIS from July 2007 to September 2009.
