Ben Friedland

Benjamin Friedland is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in strategic marketing and public relations. As Senior Vice President at Mission North from November 2014 to October 2023, Benjamin led the Enterprise Technology Practice, focusing on sectors such as AI, SaaS, logistics, and customer experience, while specializing in strategic positioning and high-impact communications programs. Prior to this role, Benjamin held positions such as Head of Marketing at App.net, where marketing strategy was the primary focus, and Retention Marketing Manager at Plum District. Additional experience includes content creation and community management as City Editor for Citysearch and Membership Manager at the San Francisco Film Society. Benjamin has a Bachelor of Arts in English from Stanford University.
