Josh Grove

Josh Grove currently serves as a Compliance Specialist at Bates Group, a position held since March 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a High School Basketball Coach at Longmont High School during the challenging pandemic-impacted season and as a Compliance Analyst at JBS USA, where responsibility included performing hotline audits and training new employees. Josh also gained valuable experience as a Student Manager for the University of Colorado Men's Basketball team. Educational qualifications include a Master of Studies in Law focusing on Ethics & Compliance and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management, both obtained from the University of Colorado Boulder.
