Benjamin Thomas

Benjamin Thomas is a highly experienced legal professional with a strong focus on charity and sports law. After training as a solicitor at Hogan Lovells from February 2016 to February 2018, Benjamin held positions at Howarth & Smith and Bates Wells, where current responsibilities include serving as a senior associate in the charity and social enterprise department, specializing in sports sector work. In addition to legal practice, Benjamin contributes charity governance expertise as a Charity Governance Expert for Football For Future and serves as a trustee at Windmill Hill City Farm. Benjamin’s academic credentials include a First Class degree in Law from the University of Oxford, an Accelerated LPC from BPP Law School with distinction, and a Post Graduate Certificate in Sports Law also with distinction from De Montfort University.
