Eleonor Duhs

Eleonor Duhs is a barrister and partner who currently serves as the Head of Data & Privacy at Bates Wells LLP, a firm committed to making a positive impact through legislative and regulatory change. With a background that includes roles as a Senior Lawyer at the Department for Exiting the European Union and Director at Fieldfisher, Eleonor has extensive experience in legal advisory positions. Prior to that, they were an Assistant Legal Adviser at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and served as a Lawyer at the Ministry of Justice UK. Eleonor also has a history of teaching as a Lecturer at The University of Law from 2003 to 2008.
