Scott Sullivan

Scott Sullivan is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and an experienced HR Director currently leading the HR team at Bates Wells, a B-Corp committed to the impact economy. Prior to this role, Scott served as Head of Talent Advisory at Taylor Wessing, managing strategic and transactional HR matters. Scott also held positions at Colliers International UK, where they directed HR efforts for talent and leadership development, and at Herbert Smith Freehills, overseeing HR operations. Earlier in their career, Scott worked as a Leadership Specialist at Brinks Inc. and as a People Consultant at Barclays, focusing on performance management and change initiatives. Scott obtained a BSc in Psychology from the University of Leeds and a CIPD Level 7 qualification in Human Resources Management.
