Tim Constable

Tim Constable is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution. Currently serving as a Partner at Bates Wells since September 2023, Tim has held significant roles throughout their career, including Trustee at Edirisa UK since August 2014 and Partner in International Dispute Resolution at Dentons from February 2016 to August 2023. Previously, Tim was the Head of Litigation and Dispute Resolution at Matthew Arnold & Baldwin LLP from January 2010 to January 2016 and a Practice Group Leader at B P Collins Solicitors from March 2006 to December 2009. Tim's legal journey began at BP Collins, where Tim was a Partner and Head of Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution from July 1998 to December 2009. Tim holds an LLB in Law from the University of Exeter and a LPC from The University of Law.
