Michael Ryan

Michael Ryan holds extensive experience in environmental, health, and safety compliance, having served as the Director of Regulatory Assurance at Bath & Body Works since 1999. Previously, they were the Central Regional Compliance Manager at Matheson Tri-Gas from 1997 to 1999, where they managed matters related to compliance and safety. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Air Pollution Control Specialist II at the Regional Air Pollution Control Agency from 1994 to 1997, contributing to the development of the State Air Resources Program. Michael holds a Master of Science in Environmental, Health and Safety Management and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Findlay, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton.
