Sara Schepman

Sara Schepman currently serves as the GVP, Logistics at Bath & Body Works, a position held since August 2021. Previously, Sara held the role of VP, Logistics at both L Brands from March 2019 to August 2021 and Mast Global Logistics from December 2005 to March 2019, where Sara advanced from Sr. Manager to AVP of North American Logistics. Earlier career experiences include various managerial positions in logistics at Limited Logistics Services and Limited Brands, Lane Bryant. Academically, Sara earned a BS in Business Management with a focus on Logistics and Operations Management from The Ohio State University and completed an Executive Education Management Certificate, surveying MBA topics at the same institution.
