Spring Letky

Spring Letky, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the HR Manager for Employee Relations and Retail at Bath Fitter since August 2022. Prior to this role, Spring worked as a Senior Human Resources Manager-Field at GNC for a brief period and held the position of Regional Field HR Director at Gabes from January 2018 to April 2022, overseeing a large territory across multiple states. Spring also spent nearly eight years at Giant Eagle, Inc., where roles included Senior HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner II, consistently ranking among the top peers. Additional experience includes serving as a District HR Generalist at The Home Depot and Store HR Manager at Giant Eagle. Spring holds a Master’s degree in Professional Studies with a concentration in Leadership-HR from Fort Hays State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Seton Hill University.
