Doug Cassell

Doug Cassell is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the electrical and project management sectors. Currently serving as Principal Engineer and Project Manager at Bath Group, Inc. since September 2019, Cassell has previously held key leadership roles as Director/Manager at Pencore Engineering & Consultants, LLC., and Engineering Director at Sentinel Power Services, Inc. A solid background was established at Valero Energy Corporation as Electrical Reliability Superintendent, leading electrical maintenance during significant plant turnarounds. Early career experience includes managerial positions at URS Corporation and Recon Management Services, along with field service engineering at Dashiell Corporation.
