Patrick Sence

Patrick Sence is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, military program management, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Currently serving as DE&I Program Manager and Military Program Manager at General Dynamics - Bath Iron Works since May 2021, Patrick previously held the position of Veterans Employment Representative at the Maine Department of Labor. Notably, during a twelve-year tenure with the U.S. Army Recruiting Command, Patrick excelled as Director of Talent Acquisition, overseeing recruitment operations and training for a team of 55, and supervising the development of over 2,000 new recruiters annually. Educational achievements include a Certificate as a Master Resiliency Trainer from the University of Pennsylvania and dual Bachelor's degrees in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Post University.
