Kevin Instance is an experienced safety professional with a diverse background in event safety management and public order training. Currently serving as a Safety Officer for London Marathon Events and Exeter City Football Club, Kevin also holds roles as a Director at Gull Rock Events Ltd and Partner at Perfect Events Group. With extensive experience in safety operations across various sporting events, including Bath Rugby and Plymouth Argyle Football Club, Kevin is a full member of the Football Safety Officer Association and the Rugby Union Safety Association. In addition, Kevin has contributed to international public order training through the College of Policing and has held a senior command position with Avon and Somerset Constabulary, overseeing major event security and emergency planning. Kevin's expertise is bolstered by a commitment to understanding client needs and providing cost-effective safety solutions.
