Matthew Leon is an accomplished digital content creator with extensive experience in sports media and broadcasting. Currently serving as the Digital Content Creator at Bath Rugby since June 2019, Matthew leads the development of digital content assets, ensuring brand continuity and delivering high-quality outputs for both internal and external audiences. Previous roles include freelance sports broadcasting for the BBC and various athletic competitions, as well as positions with the Celtic Dragons Netball Team, 247.TV, and Lily Pad Film Ltd, where Matthew honed skills in camera operation, editing, and media training. Matthew holds a Master’s degree in Sports Broadcast from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a degree in Media Production from the University of South Wales.
