Elsa Rocha

Elsa Rocha is an experienced finance professional currently serving as CFO/Controller at Bathera since February 2025, where the focus is on the cultivation and processing of medicinal cannabis. Prior to this role, Elsa worked as an independent consultant from May 2023 to February 2025, advising organizations on financial strategy and operational improvements. Elsa has also held the position of CFO at Sidefarma, managing financial operations for a pharmaceutical company, and served as CFO at Schréder Iluminação and in various financial management roles at CME and Geotur.
