Patrick Rouillard

Patrick Rouillard, Adm.A., serves as the Directeur général of Bâtiment durable Québec since October 2023, focusing on communication, event management, and budgetary actions to facilitate ecological transformation in Quebec's built environment. Previously, Patrick held the position of Directeur du développement professionnel at the Chambre de la sécurité financière from October 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included team management and project oversight for professional development.
