Frederic Mimoun

Frederic Mimoun is an experienced finance professional and board member, currently serving on the boards of several companies including Loré, Taleo Consulting, NutriDry, idiCo, Tennaxia, Opportunity, and BATIWEB.COM. With a strong background in private equity and leveraged finance, Frederic holds the position of Co-Head of Small Cap at idiCo, focusing on strategic and equity growth capital for French SMEs. Notable past roles include Director at NiXEN Partners, where Frederic completed numerous transactions in the private equity space, and Director of Leveraged Finance at the Royal Bank of Scotland, contributing to the establishment of the RBS French franchise. Frederic holds a civil engineering diploma from ESTP, graduating with honors.
