Michael Fox is an experienced culinary and hospitality professional with a diverse background in management and customer service. Currently serving as Chef and Food & Beverage Manager at Royal Niagara Golf Club, Michael has also been an Axe Throwing Coach at BATL since September 2019. Previous roles include Cook at The Orchards Retirement Residence, Chef de Partie at Andrew Peller Limited, and Sous Chef at Dani's Bistro St. Catharines. Michael's early career included positions as Crew Dispatcher at Canadian Pacific Railway and Executive Chef at Rocky Mountain Flatbread Company, where responsibilities involved menu planning and catering. Additionally, experience as Campground Attendant at Parks Canada and Tour Representative at Thomas Cook North America contributed to a well-rounded skill set.
