Dylan Gans

Dylan Gans has a diverse work experience in various industries. Dylan is currently a Co-Founder at Baton, a two-sided marketplace aimed at empowering small business owners and making small business ownership accessible. Before this, Dylan served as the Vice President of Revenue at Good Uncle, where they doubled markets served, launched new business lines, and increased retention. Dylan also held the position of Director of Growth & Marketing at Good Uncle, overseeing a team of 30 and contributing to marketing, growth, business development, and more. Prior to that, Dylan worked in business development, marketing operations, and special projects at Good Uncle, where they launched additional markets and optimized go-to market strategies. Dylan started their career as a Business Development Intern at Good Uncle and has also served as a Campus Organization Network Partner at Dorm Room Fund, a student-run VC firm. Dylan has also gained experience as a Summer Associate at both BNY Mellon and Hoboken Brownstone Company. In addition, they founded ASAP Construction, showcasing their entrepreneurial skills.

Dylan Gans holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Syracuse University. Dylan also attended the City University of Hong Kong, where they pursued studies in International Business. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma from High Tech High School.
