Christopher Scheitlin

Christopher Scheitlin is a Lead Biological Engineer at Battelle, where they bring several years of post-doctoral experience in designing, evaluating, and analyzing test data in various complex fields. Prior to this role, Christopher founded Buckeye Surgical Optimizations and designed a medical device that led to a pending patent application. They have also contributed as a Research Scientist and Senior Test Engineer at Battelle, along with co-op experience at GE Aviation. Christopher earned a PhD in Biomedical Engineering from The Ohio State University, focusing on cardiovascular cell and tissue engineering. They also hold a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Ohio University.
