Stephen Jacobs is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in systems architecture and engineering. Currently serving as the NEON Systems Architect and Senior Research Director at Battelle since July 2011, Stephen has previously held key positions at Sparta, Lockheed Martin, ACS Defense, and Viaduct Technologies, where roles included Technical Director, Principal Engineer, and Director of Operations.
