Having grown up enjoying the delicious biltong fed to me by my South African grandpa, I was always disappointed by the quality and price of the biltong here in the UK.

In 2021 I started making my own at home in South London as a gift for friends. Before long they were offering to pay for it and demanding more! With invaluable help from  friends and family, Battersea Biltong was founded and has been pleasing biltong-lovers ever since.

We continue to grow with three goals in mind; produce delicious biltong, sell it at a fair price, and do it as sustainably as possible.
