Craig Danby

Craig Danby is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in robotics and mechanical design. Currently serving as a Mechanical Engineer at REV Robotics since March 2024, Craig has also participated as a competitor in BattleBots since March 2018 and leads Team Danby as a Robotics Engineer. Previous roles include Director of Mechanical Engineering at Simplifyber and Senior Mechanical and Design Engineer at SinnovaTek. Craig has a strong background in assembly and quality control, demonstrated through positions at Kelston Precision Gears and Gestamp. With a Bachelor's Degree in Robotics from the University of the West of England, Craig possesses a solid foundation for driving innovation in the field of sports robotics and mechanical engineering.
