Tom Gutteridge is a prominent figure in the television and media industry with extensive experience spanning several decades. Currently serving as President International and Executive Producer of the successful series BattleBots since January 2016, Gutteridge is also a Broadcasting Consultant at International Content Group, providing expertise in international development and digital media. As Chair of Northern Film and Media, Gutteridge has driven innovative initiatives to foster emerging talent in the North East's film industry. A Visiting Professor at Teesside University, previous roles include CEO of FremantleMedia NA and founding CEO of MENTORN MEDIA LIMITED, where Gutteridge produced notable shows such as Robot Wars and Question Time. Gutteridge’s early career included significant contributions as Chair of PACT, shaping broadcasting terms for production companies and securing pivotal rights for producers. Gutteridge holds a BA in English Literature from the University of York.
