Jay Chavda

Jay Chavda is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management and leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product at both battleface and Robin Assist since October 2023, Jay previously held the position of Global Product Lead for Commercial Platforms at dentsu from December 2022 to October 2023. Prior roles include Product Manager at 10x Banking, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing critical interfaces and the development of a mobile banking app, as well as Head of Product & Design at Team ITG, leading business analysis and digital product strategies. Additional experience includes Head of Business Analysis at BNP Paribas and Head of Transformation at Al Rayan Bank, where Jay directed business analysis and project management efforts. Jay also has a background in roles related to quality assurance and operational support in various financial institutions and councils.
