Seneca Lebrun

After matriculating in Business Economics at UC Santa Barbara, Seneca began her travel insurance career working in customer service and claims administration. While at CS Healthcare, Seneca quickly became a managed care advisor, handling complicated cases including oncology, heart care and prosthetics. Seneca moved to Healix International, which took her on a stint in New Zealand as an International Team Lead to establish an emergency assistance team, which she supported remotely once she returned to the UK.

As a battleface Assistance Coordinator, Seneca works closely with customer service and assistance members of the battleface team, sharing her knowledge of the business end of insurance - managing claims, liaising with underwriters, and cost-containment - as well as her first-hand know-how of the very human side: emergency medical services, travel assistance, and mindful communication with customers.

Back in the UK and loving it, Seneca enjoys the arts, photography, travel, yoga and spending time with her son and daughter.
