Customer Service Ambassador at battleface

As a 20+ year veteran in the travel industry, Sue’s experience spans the keen attention to detail required for customer service, specialised insurance know-how, and experience navigating local and foreign bureaucracies.

After working as a Resort Supervisor for Travel Spain, Sue joined Intana Global in 2009. There she excelled at helping travellers abroad who required emergency assistance , including sourcing English-speaking doctors and arranging emergency flights home.

The same strive to help people brought Sue to TUI Destination Experiences in 2017, where she recruited and managed the onboarding of new hires.

As a vital member of the battleface Customer Service Operations Team, Sue handles customer service inquiries via chat, email and phone, often well beyond traditional 9-5 hours. This includes answering customer-specific policy document questions as well as clarifying benefits information and purchasing policies.

Though Mallorca is her new forever home, her loyalty remains with Fullham FC
