Lance Tan

Lance Tan's work experience includes several roles in the field of business intelligence and systems. Lance began their career at Tommy Hilfiger in 2000 as a Manager of Retail Planning Systems. Lance then joined Bloomingdale's in 2004, where they held various managerial positions including Sr. Sales Profitability Analyst, Manager of Gross Margin Planning, Manager of Systems, Planning & Analytics, and Manager of Business Intelligence, Systems, & Reporting. During their time at Bloomingdale's, Lance was responsible for developing and deploying tools and processes to support the organization, migrating legacy processes to SQL Server, and managing merchandise reporting and pricing accuracy. In 2016, they joined BaubleBar Inc. as the Director of Business Intelligence, where they designed the company's BI stack and provided custom reporting and analysis for various departments. Lance is currently serving as the Vice President of Business Intelligence at BaubleBar Inc.

Lance Tan has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology and Business from the University at Albany, SUNY. Lance also holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University.
