BauBlocks develops stackable building blocks that make construction faster, simpler and more sustainable.

Our first application focuses on reusable separation walls for office spaces. Offices are frequently rebuilt when tenants change, generating large amounts of waste and construction costs. BauBlocks allows walls to be installed quickly, reconfigured easily and reused instead of being demolished — making tenant changes faster, cheaper and waste-free.

In the long term, BauBlocks aims to enable entire buildings to be constructed from prefabricated blocks that integrate insulation, structural elements and façade layers. This approach allows buildings to be assembled significantly faster while improving sustainability through industrial prefabrication. The first pilot building using this system is planned for summer 2026 in Vienna.

BauBlocks combines interlocking modular construction with step-by-step assembly guidance: follow the digital plan and robust structures can be built quickly with minimal tools and skills.
