Stephen Eldridge has over 22 years of experience in the flat roofing industry, beginning as an operative installing various roofing systems with a Bauder approved contractor in Kent. After nearly a decade, they transitioned to Bauder, where they served as a site technician for over 10 years, training operatives, addressing technical inquiries, and conducting inspections to ensure project quality. Currently, as the Area Technical Manager for Kent and East Sussex, Stephen specializes in refurbishment, advising clients on optimal solutions and system specifications based on extensive knowledge and skills acquired throughout their career. They hold a GNVQ in business and finance from St Simon Stock and an NVQ in built-up felt roofing from CITB Erith.
