Founded over 165 years ago, today Paul Bauder GmbH & Co. KG in Stuttgart is the leading manufacturer of roofing systems in Europe with a turnover of 1,079 million euros (2022). As a family-owned company in its fourth generation, Bauder provides competent advice to architects, planners and installers and, thanks to the wide range of products, offers the right system solution for every roof. This creates ideal roof structures from a single source - from insulation and waterproofing systems to roof enhancement with green roofs, photovoltaics and fall protection. This gives planners, builders and building designers the certainty of making the best decision for the roof.

More than 1,400 employees throughout Europe ensure that every roof is planned safely and used optimally. In addition to the main factory and administration in Stuttgart, there are seven other plants in Bochum, Herten, Landsberg near Halle, Achim near Bremen, Bernsdorf and Schwepnitz near Dresden, and Bruck an der Leitha near Vienna. Six sales groups in Germany and sales companies in 16 countries ensure constant proximity to customers.
