Andre Britto serves as the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Bauducco since August 2017, overseeing global marketing, trade marketing, and innovation across the company's business units in Brazil and internationally. Prior to this, Andre held the position of Marketing Director at Bauducco and served as Senior Executive Manager and Head of Category at BRF, where leadership included managing a team responsible for 25% of the company's EBITDA. Andre's extensive marketing experience also includes senior roles at Mondelēz International and Danone, focusing on brand management and product innovation. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and a Post MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
