Michael Jones

Michael Jones currently serves as the International Major Projects Director at BAUER Group since October 2023. Prior to this role, Michael held various leadership positions at BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH, including Regional Director for West Europe from September 2020 to October 2023 and Management Board Member from December 2012 to December 2017, where responsibilities also included being the Regional Director for South Asia and Department Director for Soil Improvement. Other notable roles include Managing Director at BAUER Technologies Limited from April 2019 to September 2023, Acting President and CEO as well as Vice President at Bauer Foundation Corp. from September 2018 to March 2019, and Managing Director at BAUER Technologies Limited from July 2007 to November 2012. Michael began at BAUER Spezialtiefbau GmbH as Contracts Manager (International) from September 2002 to July 2007 and also served as a Management Board Member at BAUER Foundations Australia Pty. Ltd. in 2018.
