Martin Blower

Martin Blower is a retired professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the construction and geotechnical sectors. They served as Area Director at Stent Foundations from 1982 to 2001, followed by a role as Operations Director at Expanded Piling and subsequently at Expanded - A Laing O'Rourke Company until 2013, where they were responsible for profit and loss, operational delivery, and project performance. From 2014 to 2019, Martin held the position of Managing Director at BAUER Technologies Limited and currently works as a Specialist Geotechnical Consultant involved in the York Central ground improvement project. Martin holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Sheffield Polytechnic, earned in 1982.
