Steve Gates is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in geotechnical and civil engineering projects. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at BAUER Technologies Limited since March 2015, Steve has previously held project management roles at Keller and Piling Contractors, where notable achievements include leading projects to successful completion while prioritizing safety. Prior experience encompasses managerial positions at Geovert Pty Ltd and CAN Geotechnical Ltd, overseeing diverse projects across Australia, the UK, and overseas, with a strong focus on planning, resource allocation, and quality assurance. Steve holds a BSc (Hons) in Engineering Geology and Geotechnics from the Camborne School of Mines, University of Exeter.
