Mark Auletta

Mark Auletta is currently the Chief People Officer at Bauer, where they oversee human resources strategies. Previously, Mark held several key positions including Vice President of Operations at Bauer from 2017 to 2022, and Vice President of Client Implementations at OptumInsight from 2012 to 2017. They also served as a Director at UnitedHealthcare and worked in various roles at Neighborhood Health Plan and Winter Wyman earlier in their career. Mark earned both a Master of Science in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from the University of Connecticut.
