Rob Michell

Rob Michell has extensive work experience, primarily in leadership roles. Rob started their career at Bloomy Controls in 1998 as an Operations Manager, where they worked until 2005. In 2005, they joined Bauer and worked their way up through the ranks, holding various Vice President positions. Rob'sroles at Bauer include Vice President of Military Sales from 2005 to 2014, Vice President of Sales from 2014 to 2020, and Vice President of Application Engineering from September 2020 to the present.

Rob Michell obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Technology from Central Connecticut State University, where they studied from 1981 to 1985.
