Giulia Passani

Giulia Passani is an experienced HR professional with a focus on talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as HR Talent & Development Manager at Bauli Group since February 2017, Giulia previously worked as a People and Performance Specialist at Ferrero from November 2012 to February 2017. In earlier roles, Giulia contributed as a Business Development Intern at N.G. Group International and as an Event and Training Specialist at L.F. Eventi srl. Education includes Master’s degrees in International Management from both Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and North Carolina State University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Giulia’s academic background is complemented by a high school diploma in Science and Maths from Liceo scientifico F. Gonzaga.
