Florian Baier

Florian Baier is currently the Standortleiter at Baumer Group, a position they have held since 2023. Previously, they worked at ZF Group in various roles, including Senior Manager, Head of Operations, and Consultant for the ZF Production System in 2017. Florian also served as Senior Manager of Operations at TE Connectivity from 2020 to 2022 and held leadership roles at R.STAHL, including Head of Stahl Production System and Production Planner/Scheduler from 2011 to 2012. They completed their degree at the University of Applied Sciences Heilbronn from 2004 to 2008.
