Philipp Looser

Philipp Looser has extensive experience in engineering and management roles, with a current position as Business Application Manager/Engineer at Baumer Group since June 2015, focusing on adapting and integrating Python-based PLM software. Previous roles include Product Manager for Sensor Solutions, where responsibility included portfolio expansion towards smart sensors and conducting market analysis. Prior to Baumer Group, Philipp was self-employed as a software engineer, developing modular insurance software for notable clients such as Chubb Insurance Company and Allianz AGCS, and also provided IT support as a freelance administrator. Philipp's earlier experience includes research associateships at the German Aerospace Agency and ETH Zürich, where contributions involved developing advanced technology systems. Philipp holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Information Technology from ETH Zürich.
