Sofía Nieto Silva is a Business Administration graduate from Universidad de los Andes, who also holds minors in Social Psychology and Development Studies. They have professional experience in sustainability and social impact, currently serving as the Leader of Sustainability at Bavaria - Colombia since 2025. Previously, they were an Analyst of Social Impact at PepsiCo. Sofía has further studied Global and Social Entrepreneurship at Esade and graduated from high school at Colegio Santa Francisca Romana.
