Our farm is one stop animal husbandry hub and the first of its kind in Nigeria with about 1,300 herds of cattle, it is also the first livestock resort in Nigeria that houses cattle, about 485 large fish ponds with over 7 million catfish, thereby producing about 15 tons of catfish per day where some of these fish are processed into smoked fish and fillet for commercial purposes and distributed to various parts of the country. 

The resort also has a section for the production of animal feeds, it also contains an animal husbandry institute where individuals and organizations come for trainings on livestock production and management.
