Bax Engineering Company, established in 1981, specializes in civil engineering, land planning and surveying for private and public entities.  Bax Engineering Company's in house resources include over 30 years of project files, as well as, the survey records of two previous St. Charles County firms.  Bax Engineering Company has enjoyed steady growth from the beginning and is an industry leader today.
