Tom Mclean

Tom Mclean is a Value Stream Manager at BAXI UK, where they currently apply their expertise in Lean manufacturing principles, focusing on Industry 4.0 data analytics, innovation, Kaizen, and Six Sigma. Previously, Tom held various roles at Crane Payment Innovations, including CBS Analyst and Operations Engineer, where they concentrated on Kaizen tool implementation, data analytics, and automation in production processes. Tom also served as Manufacturing & CI Manager at Stanley Black & Decker, leading both manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives. With a background in hospitality management at JW Lees Brewery and IT analysis at Oldham Council, Tom is committed to driving productivity and process improvements across diverse sectors. Currently, they are pursuing a Diploma of Education in Lean at SBDI.
