Most construction tools just store your job data. Baxie closes the loop on it.

Baxie is the margin OS for residential general contractors. It tracks your estimate against actuals on every job, so margin leaks show up while you can still fix them, not at closeout when the money is already gone.

Here is the problem we built for. You priced the job at a number. Then existing conditions blow up, scope creeps without a paper trail, and the PM never sees the burn until it is too late. By the time the math catches up, the margin is already spent.

Baxie watches the gap between what you estimated and what you are actually spending, and surfaces the variance early enough to act on it.

What you get:

Estimating built around phases and scopes, the way you already think about a job
Live budget variance: estimate vs actuals on every job, updated as you go
An estimate-accuracy meter so you know which numbers to trust
Scheduling, daily field logs, change orders, and client and sub portals in one place
Field data that flows back to the office instead of dying in someone's text messages
Built for one band: California residential GCs, $2M to $20M, running 4+ active jobs. If spreadsheets and QuickBooks stopped holding it together, and Procore or Buildertrend felt too slow and overbuilt for your shop, Baxie is built for exactly your size.

We are not for commercial GCs, not for enterprise, and not a database you spend six weeks setting up. Time-to-value is days.

The bigger bet: every job you close makes the next estimate sharper. Baxie is built to learn from your actuals, so the margin you price gets closer to the margin you run.
