Baxley Consulting offers comprehensive planning, management, and marketing services for small businesses and nonprofits.

I work in partnership with innovative business owners and organizational leadership to increase their efficiency and productivity and to better implement their visions. Over the past 20+ years, I have helped multiple organizations with strategic planning, policy and process documentation, business optimization, creating and implementing marketing plans, fundraising, event planning, and more.

I have a talent for assessing an organization, business, or project and seeing the most efficient way to get the work done. Good planning and organization allow businesses to increase their flexibility, give high-level employees more time to do what they do best, and to flourish. I am excited to share this knowledge to help others become the best they can be.
