Chris Rackers

Chris Rackers has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Chris most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Baxter Auto since May 2021. Prior to that, they held various positions at Waddell & Reed Financial, Inc., including Chief People & Brand Officer and Chief Administrative Officer, from June 2019 to April 2021. Chris also served as the Vice President of Global Human Resources at Payless ShoeSource from 2016 to 2017.
