Michael Klayko

Michael Klayko is currently an Operating Executive at Marlin Equity Partners, where they focus on providing tailored solutions for corporate stakeholders. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Klayko served as the SVP of Sales for North America at EMC Corporation, achieving significant revenue growth. In addition to their position at Marlin, Klayko is the Executive Chairman for Baxter Planning, StarCompliance, ProcessUnity, and Propelus, and has held various board member roles in notable companies such as TIBCO and Megaport. They hold an undergraduate degree in Electronic Engineering from the Ohio Institute of Technology and have completed advanced executive education programs at UCLA and Babson College.
