Adam Lowther

Adam Lowther is an experienced engineering manager specializing in software development and project management. Currently serving as Engineering Manager in R&D - Software at Baxter International Inc. since December 2021, Adam is responsible for major products within Care Communications and participates in both the Architecture and Strategy team and Innovation evaluation team. Prior to this role, Adam held various positions at Hillrom from April 2019 to December 2021, including Engineering Manager, Scrum Master, and Senior Software Engineer, successfully managing multiple projects and contributing to software development processes. Adam began the career as a Software Developer at Actsoft Inc. and later worked as an iOS Developer at Voalte, focusing on feature design and DevOps responsibilities. Adam holds a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, both from the University of South Florida.
